We don’t just want your people to learn stuff: We want them to actually do stuff too. That’s why our workshops are split between training room input and exercises and our unique "at-desk coaching", where we help your team to implement the changes straight away. So we help get inboxes to zero, help implement new productivity systems to get things done, and help plan meetings to be shorter and more effective. We know our workshops add value to your bottom line, by saving time, reducing stress and increasing productivity. That’s why leading companies, charities and public sector organisations keep having us back for more.

Email Etiquette - Rules & Tips for Effective Email

Email Etiquette - Rules & Tips for Effective Email

Years ago, business trainers would spend days on how to typeset the perfect business letter but very few of us these days give a second thought to how we should use email - even though it takes up on average 41% of people’s working time and is a significant cause of stress! This workshop provides email etiquette tips for both individuals and teams to help them think about how their emails affect others and develop an email manifesto with practical ground rules to improve the ‘email culture’ around them.

Format: 3 hours

1 hour workshop, 1 hour at-desk coaching, 1 hour group work

Maximum delegates: 15

Result: Your team learns rules and tips to help develop an email manifesto to make email etiquette easier.
